Description
Mutant Marsupials, B-Grade Horror and Cult Comedy combine in this Ozploitation sequel to Joe Dante’s original horror blockbuster from director Philippe Mora (Mad Dog Morgan, The Howling II). Jerboa (Imogen Annesley, Playing Beatie Bow) is a weresupial on the run from her abusive tribe deep in the Australian outback. Discovered by wannabe film director Donny (Lee Biolos, The Year My Voice Broke), the two soon fall in love and before long Jerboa has a literal joey in her pouch. When the inter-species lovers are discovered by Professor Harry Beckmeyer (Barry Otto, Bliss), who has been studying the reclusive weresupials, Jerboa and Donny soon find themselves caught up in a military plot to wipe lycanthropes from the face of the Earth. With a cast of genre staples including Max Fairchild (Salute of the Jugger), Dasha Blahova (Sons of Steel), Ralph Cotterill (The Chain Reaction), Frank Thring (Ben Hur), Burnham Burnham (Dark Age), Michael Pate (Sons of Matthew) and Barry Humphries (The Adventures of Barry McKenzie), Howling 3: The Marsupials is an unforgettable slab of Ozploitation comedy horror that you don’t want to miss!
