PRE-ORDER ENQUIRIES
Pre-orders refer to products shown on the Coming Soon page. Orders containing a pre-order blu-ray or DVD are charged for payment immediately and will not ship until close to the release date.

DISTRIBUTION ENQUIRIES
If you have a film that you are looking to distribute (script or finished project) then please email us please contact ari@umbrellaent.com.au
We need a one paragraph synopsis and a short biography of the people involved in the project, making sure you highlight any past experience. If the film is of interest then we will contact you inviting you to submit a one page outline, script or any supporting stills/footage.
WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE
Currency on WebsitePricing is available on our website in AUD, USD. Payments are processed in AUD or USD.
Shipping
Australia Post will deliver your order between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday using a standard service.
Following are the shipping estimates :
VIC & Capital Cities – current day (this is day after dispatch) + 3 days
Regional areas – current date + 5 business days.
For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery (on rare occasions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks).
International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.
For orders delivered with Australia, no import duties will apply.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
