90-year-old Zev Guttman (Academy Award® Winner Christopher Plummer, Beginners, The Sound of Music) is struggling with memory loss, living out his final years in a retirement home. Following the death of his beloved wife he receives a mysterious package from close friend Max (Academy Award® Winner Martin Landau, Ed Wood, Crimes and Misdemeanors), containing money and a letter detailing a shocking plan.
Surviving the torment of WW2, Zev and Max were prisoners in Auschwitz and remain haunted by one particular sadistic guard who was responsible for the death of both their families. Discovering his whereabouts, Zev is set to embark on a cross-continental road-trip to bring justice once and for all to the man who destroyed both their lives.
