Description
Harry Haller (Max von Sydow, The Exorcist) is a solitary intellectual, a man wrestling with his inner beast, on the cusp of something extraordinary if not profound. However, despite his intense musings he decides to end his life on his 50th birthday. But when a woman by the name of Hermine (Dominique Sanda, 1900) lifts him from his introspection, takes him dancing, introduces him to jazz and the wicked hallucinations of the Magic Theater, his life takes an intensely dramatic turn.
