Travelling to a mysterious, remote castle in Italy, the rumoured location of an ancient puppet that is somehow alive and walking around. While being hunted the puppet manages to reanimate the DEMONIC TOYS and once more Baby Doll, Jack-in-the-Box and their allies are free to feed on the blood of mortals.
